2-year warranty

Every product sold by ThermalVision Plus is covered by our 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty starts on the date your order is delivered.

What we do if there is a defect

If a covered product fails during normal use within the warranty period, we will repair it, replace it or refund you, at our option.

What is not covered

• Damage from drops, impact, crushing or other accidents
• Water or dust damage beyond the product's stated protection rating
• Damage from misuse, from use outside the product's stated limits, or from unauthorized repair or modification
• Normal wear and tear

How to make a claim

1. Visit our Contact page or email lunazorro67@gmail.com.
2. Include your order number, the product name, a description of the problem and, if possible, photos or a short video.
3. We may ask you to send the product back for inspection. We will give you instructions.

Your other rights

This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under applicable law, and to any separate warranty offered by the product's manufacturer.
