These terms apply to your use of the ThermalVision Plus website and your purchases from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Using the site

You agree to use the site lawfully. You may not provide false information, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with site security, use automated tools to disrupt the site, or infringe anyone's intellectual property. We may restrict access where needed to address fraud, security threats or violations of these terms.

Products and availability

We sell thermal imaging cameras, monoculars, multimeters and related equipment. Availability can change without notice, and an order is not guaranteed until we accept it. Product photos may show accessories that are not included, and performance can vary with conditions of use.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change before an order is placed. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An automatic confirmation email is not acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as stock availability, payment failure, suspected fraud or pricing errors. If we cancel a paid order, you will be refunded.

Shipping, returns and warranties

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refund Policy. Products are covered by our 2-year ThermalVision Plus warranty and, where one applies, the manufacturer's warranty.

Safe and lawful use

Thermal imaging and electrical testing equipment must be used according to the manufacturer's instructions and applicable law. Electrical testing should only be done by people qualified to do so. Thermal images are indicators and not a substitute for professional inspection or diagnosis. Some products may be subject to export or usage restrictions, and it is the buyer's responsibility to follow the laws that apply to them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ThermalVision Plus is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or any consumer rights you have by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your use of the site from the date it is posted.
