Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from ThermalVision Plus. If you are not, here is how returns and refunds work.

Return window

Eligible products can be returned within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery. To qualify, the product must be unused and resalable, free of damage, and returned with all original accessories, manuals, cables and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return

Please contact us through our Contact page before shipping anything back. If your return is approved, we will send return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization number. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, does not work, or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs. For items that are confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect, we will tell you how the return will be handled and who covers shipping.

Items that may not be returnable

Items that have been used beyond reasonable testing, modified or damaged
Items missing parts, accessories or original packaging
Custom or special-order items
Items marked final sale

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We aim to start the refund within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges and cancellations

Exchanges and order cancellations depend on product availability, product condition and whether your order has already shipped. Contact us as soon as possible and we will help.

Warranty

Every product is also covered by our 2-year ThermalVision Plus warranty, which applies to covered defects after the 30-day return window. Many products also carry a manufacturer warranty, which is separate from this policy. We can help you find warranty information for your product.
